At our practice we aim to provide flexible appointments to meet your personal needs.
We also operate a late cancellation list so that we can offer you an earlier appointment that becomes available, should you wish to attend sooner than your booking. If you would be open to being seen before your scheduled appointment, then ask a member of our team about joining the late cancellation list.
If you ask us for an appointment, we will try to offer you one as soon as possible at a convenient time. You can make an appointment by phoning 01536 654100 .
Reminders and Recalls
At the end of your course of treatment, your dentist will discuss when you will need to see a dentist again.
We provide free automated appointment reminders which are sent by SMS and/or email within a few days of your appointment. Please ensure our Reception Team have your current mobile number and email address.
Cancellations
If you are unable to keep your appointment please let us know as soon as possible so that we can give the appointment to someone else.
Missed appointments waste practice time where we would have looked after another patient in need.
Appointments missed or cancelled without 24 hours notice will incur a fee, this fee may be the deposit paid at the time of booking.
If you fail more than one appointment this could result in being deregistered from the practice and the permanent loss of access to dental care.
